Trademark Infringement of a Logo
Your client, Moe Joe, has had his business’s logo used by some characters who started another business. His business is a cannabis store, called High in Heaven, and makes a significant profit each year.
Unfortunately, these characters decided to use his logo for a café business, which displays a field of cannabis among the clouds with some doves. It is colored green and white, and was trademarked in Canada about 5 years ago. Moe has informed this group about their infringing his trademark rights. They ignored him.
Moe has approached your boss, Stylin Boss, on the matter. Stylin asks you to find some primary and secondary sources about trademark infringement of logos.
You are required to find and LIST the following:
 Any federal statutes and regulations dealing with trademarks
 FIVE cases in Canada about trademark logo violation
 TWO law journal articles on trademark infringement for logos
 One example of Alberta or Parliament Hansards
PLEASE LIST A STEP BY STEP ON HOW YOU GOT THE ANSWER.
