Most businesses face competition in the marketplace. As an entrepreneur, a common goal is to eventually become the leader and beat the competition. Meeting the needs of a target market is an essential part of success. In order to gain an advantage over the competition, entrepreneurs and businesses must analyze their competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
